1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExportFlow AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExportFlow AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating professional export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, Quotations, Delivery Notes, and Shipping Invoices. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credit packages to generate documents.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Each document generation consumes one (1) credit from your account balance. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.

4.2 Pricing

• Starter Pack: ₹299 for 6 AI Documents
• Business Pack: ₹799 for 25 AI Documents
• Premium Pack: ₹2,499 for 100 AI Documents

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

4.4 No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits once purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent, false, or misleading trade documents
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

6. Document Accuracy and Responsibility

ExportFlow AI generates documents based on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of information entered into the platform
• Verifying that generated documents comply with applicable trade regulations
• Any consequences arising from the use of generated documents in actual trade transactions
• Compliance with customs, export control, and import regulations of relevant countries

ExportFlow AI is a documentation tool and does not provide legal, customs, or trade compliance advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ExportFlow AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input and the documents you generate using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExportFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
